Aztec on TV: Nissan Tent Event

A great example of how tents can be used for promotional events. In this case, Nissan chose to incorporate the actual installation of a tent into a national advertising campaign. This is a custom Tidewater Sailcloth Tent.

What started four years ago as a handful of requests for a new sailcloth tent design from rental companies along the New England seaboard, has turned into a national trend. As the Tidewater Series continues to gain popularity across the nation, the number of Tidewater Series products is also expanding. The original design in Aztec's Tidewater Pole Tent Series included 20’, 32’ and 44’ widths, followed by a 51’ version of the pole tent last year.

Aztec Tents has unveiled an entirely new web experience focused on driving business back to its customers. The new site, www.TidewaterTents.com was launched to correspond with Aztec’s ongoing advertising campaign, which aims to showcase “how much better a tent company can be.”

A great image supplied by a sail maker in Marion, MA utilizing the "ProSail 10" Sailcloth fabric for the construction of a new mainsail for this Laser 2 small sailing dinghy. In 2009, Aztec helped collaborate the development of this specialty sailcloth fabric known for its high translucency, UV properties, and durability. The fabric is polyester based and is 100% waterproof.

Inspired by the creative direction of event planner Chad Michael Peters, Mattapoisett, Massachusetts based Chase Canopy Company was contracted to install a 44'x83' Tidewater Sailcloth tent. The Indian themed wedding was held July 25th at the Eastover Farm in Rochester, Massachusetts.
